We are trying to keep our user stations on more recent versions - it cost us lot time resources and end-users dont understand why it is needed. Obviously not an easy option for Server 2016 though. As Microsoft develops newer versions of it's additional programs. What if your piece of forrest is still just trees in 5years? I'm just trying to figure out what the impact will be for our users.
